Free rehab tool for grapplers
Injured? Rehab yourself back to action.
A tweaked knee or jammed finger doesn't have to mean weeks off the mat and slowly drifting away from training. Tell us what happened and get a clear, safe rehab plan built for jiu-jitsu — so you come back stronger instead of quietly fading out.
How it works
- 1Tell us what happened. Where it hurts, how it happened, what it feels like now. Plain words — no medical jargon needed.
- 2Run a few guided self-tests. Simple movements you do at home so we can narrow down what's actually going on — and flag anything that needs a doctor in person.
- 3Get your rehab plan. A phase-by-phase plan built for jiu-jitsu: what to rest, what's safe to drill, and clear signs you're ready to roll again.
Who it's for
Anyone who trains and is dealing with a shoulder, knee, elbow, neck, back, finger, or rib issue that isn't an emergency. If it's something that needs urgent in-person care, the assessment will tell you that first — before anything else.
Coaches and academy owners: you can put this in front of your members from your own site. See BJJ Rehab for academies.
Common questions
Is this a real diagnosis?
It's a guided assessment, not a doctor's visit. It narrows down the most likely injury, gives you a rehab plan to start on, and — importantly — tells you when something needs to be seen in person instead.
Can I keep training while I rehab?
Usually yes, and that's the point. The plan tells you which positions to avoid, what's safe to drill, and how to load the injury back up between sessions so you keep training without making it worse.
How long does it take?
About five minutes. All we ask for is your email so we can send you the plan and check in as you recover.
What does it cost?
Nothing. It's free for grapplers. Your academy may have shared this link with you — either way, there's no charge.
